Every new account starts on the Trial for 7 days. The Trial isn’t a plan you pick; it’s the default starting state. From the Billing page in your account settings you can switch to Basic, Silver, or Platinum.

Every new account starts on the Trial, which gives you Trial-level per-container limits (1 vCPU / 1Gi), distinct from Basic’s 2 vCPU / 2Gi, so you can build something real before you commit. When the 7 days are up, switch to a paid plan to keep deploying.

The Billing page

The Billing page (under your account settings) is where you’ll find:
  • Your current plan and renewal date.
  • Buttons to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
  • Invoice history and payment methods.
  • A live view of your usage (vCPU-hours, memory GB-hours, egress, and storage).
Plan changes happen through Stripe. Cards, invoices, and receipts are managed there too.

What happens if a payment fails

We don’t pull the rug. If a charge doesn’t go through, your account moves into a 7-day grace period. Your Frames keep running and you’ll see a banner in the dashboard. If you sort the payment out during grace, everything goes back to normal automatically. If grace expires without a successful charge, the account moves to suspended: your Frames are paused and deploys are blocked until you update your payment method or pick a new plan. You won’t lose data. Volumes, environment variables, custom domains, deploy history, and your repos all stay where they are. Resume the account and the Frames come back online on the next reconcile.

Switching plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades also take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the cycle, and you keep full access until then. Once the cycle ends, the account is canceled: your Frames are paused, deploys are blocked, and your data is preserved for 30 days.

FAQ

Can I change plans mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades are prorated and applied immediately. Downgrades also take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice. Does the monthly usage credit roll over? No. Each plan includes a monthly usage credit that resets each cycle and does not roll over. What happens to my volumes if I downgrade? Existing volumes keep working. If you go below your new plan’s caps, you won’t be able to create new volumes until you’re under the limit. How do I cancel? Open the Billing page and click Cancel plan. Renewal stops at the end of the cycle and you keep full access until then. After the cycle ends the account is canceled: Frames are paused, deploys are blocked, and your data is preserved for 30 days.
